How long before I feel an effect?
Curcumin helps to support inflammatory processes and is often used to support those with joint pain. Numerous studies have demonstrated positive effects of curcumin after just a short number of weeks and so you may notice an improvement after the same period of time, depending on your reason for taking. However for more sustained results, we recommend taking for a period of 8-12 weeks.
