What is the difference between NADH, niacin & vitamin B3?
Vitamin B3 is the group name for different forms; niacin also known as nicotinic acid, niacinimide & NADH are all examples of forms of vitmain B3. NADH is the most biologically active form of vitamin B3; the form the body uses to produce energy without any conversion required, therefore reducing the demands on the body’s resources. It is sometimes referred to as coenzyme 1, which is the same as NADH.
Recommended Use:
1-2 capsules daily between meals, or as directed.
