Description
Research has shown that taking creatine supplements can lead to a significant increase in lean muscle mass, strength and power. Dextrose has been shown to increase it’s absorption.
Creatine Bombs are delicious but they are not sweets.
- Take with plenty of water – not with high protein meals, as protein interferes with absorption, whilst simple carbohydrate helps.
- Take after training or competition – not before or during.
- Expect some increase in weight because muscle is heavy – but creatine does not turn to fat.
Recommended Use:
Load for the first week by taking 3 tablets, 3 times per day. After that take 2-4 tablets per day, preferably after exercise. Suck, swallow or chew tablets with a hot or cold drink. Exceeding the stated dose will not lead to increased creatine absorption and may cause discomfort. Do not use if you have liver, kidney or other health problems.
